Apple is about to bring a new feature to the iPhone
Apple's new feature: Now payment will be done from iPhone without any extra hardware, you will able to pay money on one tap on the phone with credit card
Apple Inc. is planning to bring a new feature. Which will allow small businesses to accept payments directly on their iPhone without any extra hardware, according to the Bloomberg report. To accept payments on an iPhone, retail sellers can now receive money on their iOS device to make payments that use Bluetooth.
Bloomberg report said that the system will use iPhone's near area communication or NFC chip. The NFC chip is currently used for Apple Pay, this feature could roll-out in the coming months via a software update.
The company has been working on this new feature since around 2020, this disclosure came when it paid $100 million to a Canadian startup Mobeewave. Mobeewave is working on a technology to accept payments with one tap smartphones.
